Q: I am in Japan now. Am I eligible for registration?
A: Yes. However, you must be able to come to the USA or Canada for job interviews with your prospective employer, often on a short (2-3 days) notice. Considenting how inconvenient border crossings may be, we believe it is in your best interest to be physically present in the USA or Canada before you post an Immigration Job Ready Offer.

A: Yes. Your legal status (work visa for the USA or Canada or the US guest worker visa [once the guest worker program becomes approved by the US Congress]) can be arranged later.

Q: My TOEFL score is 170, but my French is excellent. Am I eligible for registration?
A: No. However, you may be eligible for some of the Immigration to Canada Individual Services for French-Speaking Immigrants.

Q: I am a psychologist and I am not licensed to work in my occupation in Canada. Am I eligible for registration?
A: Not as a psychologist. You must obtain your professional license first. However, you may consider to drop psychology from the list of your officially published skills for now and register in the USA or Canada for immigration job offer with another skilled job ready profile - for example under "counselig" or "educational services".
